The problem and the solution space is ambiguous, the technical acumen and the ability to spot problems at architecture stage are important. Key job responsibilities · Work with product managers in developing a strategy and roadmap to provide compelling capabilities for our customers. · Work closely with SDEs, Sr SDEs, and SDMs to develop the best technical approach for new product development to solve business problems. · Instill best practices for software development and documentation and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. · Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative software solutions to transform service performance, durability, cost, and security. · Use software engineering best practices to ensure a high standard of quality for all team deliverables. · Write high-quality distributed system software. · Work in an agile development environment, where you are always working on the most impactful priorities. · Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and new services, and make recommendations for technology improvements that will help shape the future of payment platform architectures. · Deliver Proof-of-Concepts and proposals for integrations with emerging technologies. · Operational Excellence — monitoring and operation of production services.

Towards this mission, we (Health Store and Tech) are building the technology, products and services, that help customers find, buy, and engage with the healthcare solutions they need.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
