Position Responsibilities Lead a team of 3 - 5 developers, guiding and coaching them in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements. Work with cross-functional Agile teams to oversee technical solutions for our full stack of front-end, back-end and middleware platforms and technologies. Maintain knowledge of best practices in IT and software development / architecture.
