You will work directly with founders and customers to take ambiguous problems from concept through deployment, owning systems end-to-end in production at massive scale.
What You'll Do

Build and ship customer-facing products across backend, data, infrastructure, and frontend surfaces.

Make architecture decisions, explain tradeoffs, and iterate designs as assumptions evolve.

Collaborate directly with founders and customers to turn vague requirements into clear product decisions and working software.

Use modern AI development tools aggressively while maintaining strong engineering judgment and accountability.
What We're Looking For

1 to 6 years of relevant professional software engineering experience.

Strong backend engineering skills: APIs, data models, and distributed systems.

Proven ownership of a production system from concept through deployment and ongoing operations.

Experience shipping across product and infrastructure at an early-stage startup.

Experience building and operating high-volume data pipelines.

Strong computer science fundamentals, ideally from a rigorous academic background.

Familiarity with AI-native development: LLMs, agent frameworks, or similar tooling is a plus.

Experience with identity resolution, data enrichment, or matching systems at scale is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $200,000 to $220,000 USD annually (maximum base approximately $220,000). Equity participation is available as part of the total package. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location
This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, California.
