Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate cloud-native services and applications at scale. Drive end-to-end delivery of projects spanning multiple services and components. Build high-quality, maintainable, and observable software with strong emphasis on reliability, security, privacy, and operational excellence. Analyse production telemetry and customer feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Participate in live-site support, incident response, root-cause analysis, and service health improvements. Contribute to AI-native engineering practices, including the use of AI-assisted development, testing, documentation, and operational workflows. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related technical discipline with proven experience coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms. Experience building AI-powered applications, copilots, agents, or intelligent automation solutions. Experience with telemetry, observability, incident management, and service reliability engineering. Experience working in highly collaborative cross-functional environments. Passion for improving customer experiences through data-driven engineering and AI innovation.
