Build and ship production software: Design, implement, test, and maintain services, applications, and tools using modern engineering practices (code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability). Responsible AI engineering: When building AI-enabled features, apply responsible AI principles, evaluate model and data risks, and implement appropriate safeguards and monitoring. Customer co-engineering: Work with customer stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver solutions that meet agreed success metrics. Operate what you build: Participate in on-call/incident response as required, diagnose issues, and improve reliability through root-cause analysis and preventative fixes. Contribute to reusable assets: Create and maintain reusable components, reference implementations, and documentation to accelerate delivery across engagements. Continuous improvement: Learn, experiment, and share best practices to improve engineering velocity, quality, and customer outcomes. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience partnering directly with customers or internal stakeholders to deliver solutions end-to-end. Experience designing, deploying, and operating AI or LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented approaches, model tuning, evaluation, data quality, performance monitoring, and use of cloud AI platforms Enjoy travel and are comfortable with travel up to 25%
