This onsite role requires a technically strong engineer capable of contributing to modern software development efforts using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced mission environment, applying programming concepts to design, build, deploy, and maintain containerized applications in support of critical government systems. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain mission software applications Implement and support containerized software solutions using Kubernetes Apply Agile and DevSecOps best practices to improve delivery speed, code quality, and system security Troubleshoot software, networking, deployment, and container orchestration issues Collaborate with government and contractor teams to design resilient, scalable software services Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure development workflows Ensure all work aligns with DoD cybersecurity requirements and SECRET-level security protocols Required Skills & Experience: Three (3) years of professional experience involving research, design, and development of computer or network software, or specialized utility programs Experience supporting database maintenance within an application environment Strong experience applying software programming concepts in academic or professional settings Demonstrated experience with modern development methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, or DevSecOps One (1) year of direct, professional Kubernetes experience DoD 8570 / DoD 8140 Compliance (Level II or Level III) certification  Must hold an active SECRET clearance at the time of application Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as: Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems Applicants must possess Agile Developer or Certified Scrum Developer certification.   Salary: $120k+ to align with education and experience.
