This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Software Engineer - OpenStack based in Switzerland. Join a globally distributed engineering team building open-source technologies that power modern cloud infrastructure. In this role, you’ll develop and maintain software for OpenStack and Ceph, helping bring scalable cloud platforms to diverse computing environments. You’ll work primarily with Python while tackling challenges across infrastructure automation, distributed systems, and software-defined data centers. Your contributions will support deployments ranging from individual machines to large-scale bare-metal environments. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers across countries and cultures, contributing to both code and technical decision-making. The role offers significant opportunities to work with open-source technologies while continuously developing your engineering expertise.
