Develop workflow automation using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and other ServiceNow platform capabilities. Translate business requirements into technical solutions that support business objectives and measurable outcomes. Develop workflows, business rules, and automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and service reliability. Develop and maintain REST APIs and enterprise integrations to support end-to-end business processes and data exchange. Manage platform security, user and group access, roles, role relationships, and Access Control Lists (ACLs). Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Experience with Azure cloud-native application design, development, and deployment. Experience delivering AI-powered business solutions that enhance productivity, automation, and user experience. Experience with ServiceNow Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation and support. Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, distributed systems, API integration, and engineering best practices. Problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
