Software Tester in Savings & Investments Tribe, Trading team | SEB, Vilnius

We’re looking for a Software Tester to join our Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe. Our Trading team builds and develops important applications that support trading services used by our Baltic clients. We work in an environment where attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving matter a lot – but just as important is how we support each other and work as a team.

Your day-to-day:

• Work closely with business developers (analysts) and software developers to ensure smooth delivery and quality

• Think end-to-end about solutions by preparing and executing test scenarios (incl. regression testing) to ensure everything works as expected

• Contribute to improving testing processes and test automation initiatives

• Create and maintain testing-related documentation

• Work in a highly autonomous team – owning scope, planning, and delivery

Your skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Software Tester, QA Engineer, or in a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently

• Fluent Lithuanian and English

• A proactive, positive, can-do mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience in business analysis, product development

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Playwright, Appium, Selenium)

• Knowledge of investment products and financial markets
