This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Solution Delivery Manager based in the United States. This is a strategic, customer-facing opportunity at the intersection of enterprise software, professional services, and AI-driven transformation. The role will help organizations translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions and successful implementation programs. You will partner closely with Sales and external partners to understand customer objectives, shape solutions, and scope high-value professional services engagements. The position combines consultative discovery, technical and commercial estimation, proposal development, and delivery oversight. You will also own the customer journey from pre-sales through first value and ultimately go-live, ensuring strong alignment and measurable outcomes. Working with global teams and a broad partner ecosystem, you will contribute to growing the services business while helping customers accelerate digital transformation. This role is ideal for an experienced, AI-savvy professional who combines commercial drive, technical curiosity, and strong execution skills.
