Sourcing Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sourcing Specialist based in Brazil. This is a fully remote opportunity to own the top of the recruiting funnel for a wide range of legal and non-legal staffing roles supporting U.S. law firms. You will combine inbound recruitment marketing with proactive outbound sourcing to build strong, qualified candidate pipelines. The role involves writing and optimizing job advertisements, managing recruitment channels, analyzing performance metrics, and running targeted headhunting campaigns. You will use modern sourcing tools and techniques to reach both active applicants and high-quality passive candidates. Working closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders, you will ensure sourcing strategies remain focused on each role's specific requirements. The position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and direct impact in a fast-moving international environment.
