This role supports team performance, service quality, and overall guest satisfaction while maintaining the hotel’s standards and wellness experience.
- Supervise and support day-to-day bar operations, ensuring service is efficient, courteous, and aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor beverage cost, inventory, and ordering processes to ensure profitability and stock availability.
- Assist in scheduling, staff training, performance reviews, and promoting a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to implement promotions, events, and beverage service enhancements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a spa or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, wellness programs, and guest service standards.
- Good leadership, teamwork, and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and support revenue achievement through upselling and retail initiatives.
- Familiar with spa booking systems, operational reporting, and hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
