Tips for this training program

Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.

  1. Confirm learning outcomes, prerequisites, delivery schedule, assessment requirements and certificate conditions.
  2. Check whether the training is free, funded, reimbursed or requires a fee and whether attendance is mandatory for completion.
  3. Verify that the provider and certificate are relevant to your intended academic or professional use.

Verification notes

Verified on PhilSA's 2 September 2026 official announcement. The page states applications are ongoing, the programme is free, provides the official registration link, lists eligibility and required ID information, and gives the 9 September–28 October mentoring schedule. PhilSA does not state a fixed closing date, so deadline fields are null.
