Spanish Audio Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project

Our partner is looking for a Spanish Audio Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in India. This remote freelance role contributes to the evaluation and improvement of advanced conversational audio AI models designed for real-world customer support scenarios. You will create and perform role-play evaluations across areas such as travel, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support. The role combines strong Spanish and English communication skills with structured evaluation, audio quality assessment, and technical reasoning. You will assess how accurately and naturally AI agents understand requests, follow instructions, and complete tasks. You will also help build diverse datasets that reflect realistic customer interactions and expectations. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation conversational AI while working flexibly on a specialized evaluation project.

Create and execute realistic role-play scenarios that simulate customer service interactions across travel, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support. Contribute to diverse and representative datasets used to evaluate conversational audio agents. Assess model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative evaluation criteria. Evaluate task completion accuracy, efficiency, conversational naturalness, tone, flow, and coherence. Assess audio comprehension, response quality, instruction adherence, and contextual understanding. Evaluate the clarity and effectiveness of AI responses during support-style problem-solving interactions. Apply evaluation rubrics and technical guidelines consistently across assigned scenarios. Identify issues and provide structured assessments that can support improvements to conversational AI performance. Work with structured prompts, technical documentation, and evaluation frameworks throughout the project. Requirements: Strong fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills in simulated customer support environments. Professional fluency in Spanish across reading, listening, writing, and speaking. Strong communication skills and the ability to assess natural conversational flow, clarity, tone, and coherence. Basic computer programming literacy, including an understanding of JSON structures, functions, methods, structured data, and simple logic. Ability to reason about technical information and communicate solutions clearly in support-oriented scenarios. Comfortable working with structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, technical instructions, and detailed documentation. Strong attention to detail and consistency when evaluating AI-generated interactions. Access to a high-quality microphone capable of providing clear and reliable audio during evaluations. A computer capable of running audio recording software and accessing large technical documents. Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote freelance environment. Benefits: Freelance contract with fully remote work. Pay range of $11.00–$30.65 per hour, with the exact rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location.
