This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Specialist, Credit Card Lending based in Canada. This is a customer-focused lending role supporting individuals with credit and borrowing needs through a remote service environment. You’ll assess customer situations, recommend appropriate lending products and strategies, and help deliver accurate, efficient outcomes. The role combines financial expertise, sales and service, risk awareness, and problem-solving. You’ll work across customer contacts and internal business teams to resolve requests and escalate complex situations when needed. You’ll also stay current on lending products, market trends, regulatory requirements, and operational practices. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on customer experiences while developing deeper expertise in personal lending and credit.
