Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 4,100 associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.   Build Your Marketing Career Across Two Disruptive Brands!   Are you an early-career marketer who sweats the details, moves fast, and wants to see your work show up in the real world — on shelf, on screen, and in feed?  SharkNinja  is looking for a Specialist, Integrated Marketing Communications to help bring our campaigns to life across  both  the Shark and Ninja portfolios in Canada.   Reporting to the Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications —  SharkNinja  Canada,  you’ll  be hands-on in the day-to-day execution of campaigns across the full consumer journey, from product launches and seasonal moments to always-on brand activity.  You’ll  work with global and local partners across creative, media, digital, PR, social, e-commerce, and retail, and  you’ll  help make sure every Canadian asset — English and French — lands on time and on brand.   This role is built for someone who wants breadth early.  You’ll  touch categories from  beauty and floorcare  to kitchen and outdoor cooking, and  you’ll  get real exposure to how an integrated campaign comes together end to end.   What  You’ll  Do   Support the local execution of integrated marketing communications (IMC) plans across the Shark and Ninja portfolios for the Canadian market, including Québec   Manage day-to-day campaign workflow: build and  maintain  project trackers,  own  deliverables, and keep timelines honest across internal teams and agency partners   Coordinate the trafficking and bilingual localization of campaign assets, managing asset matrices and version control so nothing goes live untranslated or unapproved   Route creative and copy through review,  consolidate  feedback, and shepherd assets to final approval   Help develop locally relevant creative briefs and adapt global messaging for the Canadian market   Partner day-to-day with media, PR, influencer, social, e-commerce, and retail counterparts to  create breakthrough moments with the consumer   Pull together campaign performance reporting and build presentation-ready recaps in PowerPoint for internal and cross-functional review   Support local market research, competitive tracking, and category monitoring to inform strategy and storytelling   Act as a day-to-day contact for external agencies, translators, and vendors supporting French-language creative and communications   Raise risks early — missing assets, slipping dates, approval bottlenecks — so they can be solved before they affect a launch   What  You’ll  Bring   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Communications, Business, or a related field   2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand communications; agency or consumer goods experience is an asset   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English   French-language ability (français  québécois ) is a strong asset and will be considered  favourably , though it is not  required  for this role   Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail — this role lives in  asset matrices  and deadlines   Comfort managing many moving parts at once and keeping multiple stakeholders informed without being asked   Proficiency  in Microsoft PowerPoint  required , along with strong command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word); exposure to project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet)  and familiarity with AI tools  is a plus   Based in Toronto, ON   Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional, matrixed teams   Comfort  operating  in a high-growth, fast-paced, agile environment   Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine appetite to learn the craft of integrated marketing   Our Culture   At  SharkNinja , we  don’t  just raise the bar — we push past it every single day.
