Job's mission In this role, you’ll combine your technical expertise and passion for people development to shape ASM’s technician training strategy. By designing programs, frameworks, and hands-on training content, you’ll help drive product quality, consistency, and delivery efficiency. You’ll also play a key role in cross-functional collaboration — working closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to make sure every technician is set up for success. What you will be working on Design and develop technical training programs to support critical tasks and improve delivery quality and efficiency Build and maintain competency frameworks and assessment matrices for technician certification Administer on-the-job training (OJT) and ensure compliance with structured development paths Present training progress, metrics, and outcomes to internal stakeholders Create training courseware, collaborate with SMEs, and provide constructive feedback on improvements Lead the workmanship training program for new hire technicians Maintain and continuously improve training facilities and infrastructure Support or lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years’ experience in capital equipment manufacturing or semiconductor equipment engineering Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint ACTA/ACLP or equivalent certification in training design and delivery Apply today to be part of what’s next.
