Create and execute UAT test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios. Validate Finance & Accounting processes including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting. Identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Coordinate with Business users, IT teams, and project stakeholders. Maintain testing evidence, documentation, and business signoffs. Support system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Track, document, and report testing progress, defects, risks, and issues. Ensure test execution aligns with project timelines and governance requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. 6+ years of experience in UAT, Finance Operations, or ERP implementations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Dynamics. Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar testing tools.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
