This remote role focuses on coordinating and analyzing data related to specific stop loss claims for key clients. You’ll help identify qualifying claimants and prepare accurate data for efficient claim entry and administration. The position combines claims operations, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. You’ll build dashboards and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Identify specific stop loss claimants and coordinate the preparation of accurate data for claim entry and processing. Analyze claims and operational data to support client requirements and improve data coordination processes. Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide meaningful insights into claims activity and operational performance. Present analytical findings and key trends to leadership in a clear and actionable manner. Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to strengthen data quality, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure claims data is complete, accurate, and properly managed. Apply analytical judgment to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process enhancement. Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in claims data analysis, claims operations, or a closely related field. Demonstrated analytical experience specifically involving specific stop loss claims or comparable stop loss operations. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify meaningful patterns and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Experience creating dashboards, reports, or other data visualizations for operational or leadership audiences. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality. Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly when presenting analytical findings to leadership. Benefits Annual salary range of $70,000–$75,000 .
