This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Speech Language Pathologist based in the United States. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful speech and language support to K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year. You will deliver individualized therapy designed to strengthen communication, learning, and student participation. The position combines clinical expertise with collaboration across educators, families, and school-based teams. You will assess student needs, develop therapy plans, and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs). The role provides flexibility within a part-time schedule of up to 12 hours per week. You’ll work in a supportive environment focused on professional development, mentorship, and student-centered care. It is an opportunity to make a direct impact while practicing speech-language pathology remotely.
Provide speech-language therapy services to K–12 students in a fully remote school-based environment. Conduct student assessments and prepare comprehensive evaluation reports based on identified communication needs. Develop and implement IEP goals, individualized therapy plans, and appropriate intervention strategies. Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other members of the educational team. Support students across areas including articulation, receptive and expressive language, fluency, and social communication. Partner with educators and families to encourage the continued use and development of communication skills across settings. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, evaluation records, and compliance-related materials. Monitor student progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust intervention plans as appropriate. Requirements Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field. Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (NCBOESLPA). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong collaboration, organization, and clinical problem-solving abilities. Experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required. Ability to provide high-quality services independently in a fully remote environment. Commitment to student-centered care, professional standards, and accurate clinical documentation. Benefits Compensation of approximately $47–$52 per hour , with the source posting advertising rates up to $54/hour. Fully remote work arrangement. Part-time schedule of up to 12 hours per week for the 2026–2027 school year. W-2 employment with liability insurance included.
