This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst, AI & Data based in Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data, AI, and digital transformation. You’ll work directly with executives, business leaders, and technical teams to uncover complex challenges and translate them into actionable solutions. You’ll shape projects from discovery and process design through experimentation, implementation, and measurable outcomes. The role requires you to understand how AI, GenAI, data, and automation can address real business needs while keeping people and processes at the center. You’ll operate in a remote-first consulting environment where ambiguity, ownership, and strategic thinking are valued. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients navigate transformation while ensuring technology investments generate meaningful business value. You’ll also contribute to an AI-enabled business analysis practice by using modern tools to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design.
