At Lalamove Mexico, we're looking for a Sr Business Strategy Associate who goes beyond reporting metrics—you'll help shape the future of our business What You'll Do Partner directly with the Managing Director and cross-functional leaders to define and execute high-impact strategic initiatives. Transform complex data into actionable insights and business strategies that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability. Analyze performance across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other business functions to identify opportunities and influence decision-making. Develop analytical models, dashboards, and performance frameworks to monitor business health and strategic priorities. Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Challenge the status quo by proposing innovative solutions and strategic recommendations backed by data. Drive alignment across stakeholders and monitor the execution of key business initiatives from idea to impact. Who We're Looking For A strategic thinker who doesn't stop at analyzing data—you translate insights into recommendations that influence business decisions. Naturally curious, proactive, and always looking for smarter ways to improve the business. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly. Strong project management and execution capabilities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field. 3–4+ years of experience in Business Strategy, Management Consulting, Business Analytics, Project Management, Corporate Strategy, or a similar strategic role. Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with SQL, Python, R, or BI tools. Proven ability to build business cases, influence decisions, and drive strategic initiatives through data. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
