Full job description

Responsible for TG/PAG(Gasoline) Purchasing activities for exporting business(GmbH) and Domestic market(MACN).

1. Supplier scouting, evaluation, lead and coordinate Sourcing decision with cross function for CN and oversea EU,NA etc. market.

2. Conduct RFQ, COQ and Negotiation with supplier to ensure competitive PPC level to support business.

3. Project management in supplier side to bridge Bosch requests and monitor key suppliers' activities to ensure all deliverables.

4. Product cost analysis calculation, evaluation, cost reduction/saving negotiation.

5. Perform annual price negotiation preparation and implementation to achieve target.

6. Sourcing strategy development and implementation in line with BU Marketing and PUR strategy

7. Act as supplier mentor for supplier management including Commercial, Quality and Delivery view.

Qualifications and requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering, mechanical, engine etc. related similar background is preferred; Bachelor or Master degree Business Administration or Supply Chain management is acceptable

2. Min 5years of experience in Automotive or aftermarket industry and multi-national company is preferred.

3. Min. 5 years experience in project management and at least one international project was successfully completed.

4. Good Knowledge of cost analysis, data driven, implementation of cost saving measures, negotiation skills with supplier.

5. General Finance knowledge, Good communication skill with cross function and region.

6. Experience of supplier management and Communication, good supplier mentorship, can lead and manage supplier independently.

7. Good communicate in both Chinese and English language, verbal and writing.

8. Pro-active, Self-Leading, Willing to take challenging tasks.
