Lead and participate in pre-production meetings, project meetings, and print trials when appropriate, particularly for complex projects. Manage project timelines, priorities, estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment follow-up while ensuring projects remain aligned with scope and deadlines. Build strong, responsive relationships with clients and onsite stakeholders by providing timely, professional communication and resolving requests effectively. Coordinate artwork issues and technical questions between clients, internal teams, external partners, printers, and management. Review supplied technical data against artwork requirements and document critical information that could affect quality, production, or delivery. Coordinate global packaging project bundles by gathering required inputs, defining project scope, and briefing production teams on regional requirements. Manage artwork and prepress scheduling, production priorities, potential challenges, rework, and issue resolution throughout project execution. Enter and maintain accurate orders, ensuring all information is complete and ready for production. Communicate the receipt and shipment of artwork to relevant stakeholders and maintain accurate project information in client tracking systems. Develop and update pricing matrices according to client requirements and project needs. Participate in production meetings and process-improvement initiatives designed to strengthen workflow efficiency and business performance. Develop a strong understanding of client processes, deliverables, production requirements, and manufacturing workflows. Provide training, guidance, and knowledge-sharing support to junior project managers or new team members when needed. Escalate significant project, technical, quality, or client issues to management and perform additional responsibilities as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of progressive project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Strong understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage projects from initial planning through completion while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, internet applications, and other standard business productivity tools. Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, budgeting, planning, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including the capacity to analyze information, interpret requirements, and communicate recommendations clearly. Solid understanding and practical application of mathematical concepts, particularly in relation to estimates, pricing, and project coordination. Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with clients, colleagues, peers, management, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with peers and management. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with a strong focus on deadlines, reporting, quality, and follow-through. Familiarity with packaging artwork, prepress, print production, or manufacturing environments is valuable. Willingness to travel occasionally on a local, national, and/or international basis. Ability to work effectively in an onsite client-facing environment and communicate through digital and in-person channels. Benefits Annual salary range of $100,000–$110,000 USD , with final compensation determined by location, experience, and other job-related factors.
