Own Strategy End-to-End: Lead collections strategy initiatives from initial opportunity identification through design, testing, launch, and ongoing optimization . Design Multi-Channel Treatments: Determine contact timing, frequency, treatment sequencing, and segmentation across email, SMS/MMS, outbound dialing, and digital self-service channels . Bridge Strategy and Execution: Translate strategic concepts into actionable business requirements and clear business cases for Product, Engineering, and Operations teams . Drive Cross-Functional Momentum: Partner across Data Science, Client Management, Contact Center Operations, Product, Legal, and Compliance to move initiatives into production without relying on formal authority . Optimize Key Metrics: Monitor delivery, engagement, payment conversion, and payment plan break rates to improve client scorecard performance and recovery outcomes . Leverage Modern AI & Analytics: Utilize AI tools to accelerate hypothesis development, research, and strategy design while building repeatable testing frameworks .

Experienced Collections Leader: You bring 8+ years in consumer finance or lending, including 5+ years specializing in consumer debt collections and collections strategy . Strategic & Analytical: You possess a deep understanding of collection levers, strong prioritization instincts, and a proven track record of improving recovery metrics through channel optimization and segmentation . Collaborative Influencer: You excel at framing complex problems, building evidence-based business cases to secure product prioritization, and aligning cross-functional teams . Compliance-Aware: You hold a solid working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA) to proactively design both effective and compliant strategies . Tech & AI Literate: You comfortably utilize AI tools to speed up work and are familiar with champion/challenger testing, SQL/BI platforms (Looker, Tableau), and Jira .
