Sr Coordinator, Meeting Coordination

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Coordinator, Meeting Coordination based in United States. This role supports the coordination and execution of Institutional Review Board (IRB) meetings within a highly regulated clinical research environment. You will manage submission workflows, coordinate Board reviewers, and ensure meetings are prepared and conducted in accordance with human-subject protection requirements. The position combines regulatory expertise, document review, stakeholder communication, and hands-on meeting facilitation. You will work closely with client services, IRB Chairs, Board members, and other stakeholders to resolve complex issues and maintain review quality. A key focus will be ensuring informed consent documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with applicable regulations and client requirements. The role also offers opportunities to improve review processes, mentor colleagues, and stay current with evolving research regulations. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced IRB professional who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident working in a compliance-driven setting.
