Sr. Director, Sales Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Director, Sales Operations based in United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and scale a modern, data-driven Sales Operations function within a high-growth environment. You will establish the operating discipline, systems, reporting, and processes that enable a more predictable and efficient sales engine. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, Enablement, Business Intelligence, and executive leadership, you will turn complex data into clear business decisions. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution across forecasting, pipeline management, bookings, reporting, analytics, and sales productivity. You will create trusted KPI frameworks, scalable dashboards, and operating cadences that support frontline teams as well as executive and board-level decision-making. You will also identify opportunities to leverage automation and artificial intelligence to improve reporting, workflows, analysis, and decision speed. This role is ideal for an experienced operator who thrives on creating structure from ambiguity, driving transformation, and building capabilities that scale.
