Full job description
The EPQ assists the project manager and development team on quality issues, identifying and escalating product quality risks. It supports planning and reporting of preventive quality measures during development, ensuring effective implementation. Performs additional tasks assigned by the team leader to aid quality department initiatives.
Key Responsabilities:

Creation, reporting and improvement of Process Compliance Checks.

Deep documentation of metrics of the project.

Creation, application and follow up of improvement actions

Application of preventive quality measures and deep analysis

Quality Gates preparation, consultant and support to Engineering teams

Software Product knowledge to understand requirements

Active participant and analyst on Engineering team development meetings
-
Decision maker on Quality perspective
-
Identification and mitigation of Risks
-
Reporting to Management
-
Propose and execute various activities on the implementation of the department's competencies and provide support in initiatives, proposals and events.

Create and present to the team leader and department director, the monthly report on the status of assigned activities.
Qualifications and requirements
Language Required: Advanced English
Availability to travel: Yes
Professional Experience (years) : 8-9 years
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
- SW/Mechanical/HW experience
- Expert knowledge of process reference models (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI).
- Basic knowledge of ISO 26262.
- Problem solving- mandatory
- Requirements Engineering- mandatory
- Change Management- mandatory
- Configuration Management- mandatory
- Release Management- mandatory
- Systems Engineering - mandatory
- Advanced knowledge of product design / Lifecycle Development (e.g V Model) - mandatory
- Project Management - desirable
- Quality Gate Moderator - desirable
- ASPICE cert - a plus
- Verification & Validation - a plus
Soft Skills:
- Decision-maker for processes and quality scope
- Coaching and consulting
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
