This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Full Stack Engineer based in United States. As a Sr Full Stack Engineer, you will build and evolve a sophisticated platform that helps organizations manage complex background screening and occupational health workflows. You will work across a mature Ruby on Rails monolith and a growing ecosystem of Go services, owning features from design through production. Your work will span customer-facing experiences, partner integrations, internal administration tools, and automated processing pipelines. You will contribute to AI-powered capabilities that improve document processing, data extraction, and screening workflows. The role combines full-stack engineering, backend architecture, third-party integrations, and modern AI-assisted development practices. You will join a globally distributed engineering environment where correctness, security, scalability, and delivery speed are all essential.
