Our partner is looking for a Sr. Global Product Marketing Manager, Consumer Digital based in Canada. This is a senior, fully remote opportunity focused on shaping the future of connected healthcare and consumer digital experiences. You will lead the marketing strategy for digital products, features, and services across international markets. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, commercial, and customer teams, translating market and consumer insights into business growth. You will influence product positioning, go-to-market strategy, adoption, engagement, retention, and long-term product performance. Working cross-functionally, you will guide complex launches and help teams align around customer needs, commercial priorities, and measurable outcomes. The position offers significant strategic ownership in an environment that values innovation, experimentation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Lead global product marketing strategies for consumer-facing digital products, features, and services throughout their lifecycle. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer needs, emerging trends, market opportunities, and strategic priorities. Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies tailored to target audiences and markets. Create and maintain go-to-market playbooks that support successful launches, product adoption, engagement, retention, and sustainable growth. Partner closely with product, marketing, revenue, sales, customer support, and other cross-functional teams to align launch plans and business objectives. Develop pricing, placement, and promotional strategies that balance customer value with commercial goals. Monitor product performance, customer engagement, and market signals to identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, and growth. Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and future development. Drive cross-functional alignment by communicating priorities, launch plans, progress, results, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Manage complex initiatives involving multiple teams, timelines, resources, and competing priorities while maintaining high-quality execution. Use data and customer insights to inform both short-term performance improvements and long-term product strategy. Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, evolving consumer behaviours, and market trends to strengthen product marketing initiatives. Support the continued development of a connected digital healthcare ecosystem that links technology, engagement, and consumer outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Significant product marketing experience, preferably within consumer technology, healthcare, digital health, or another technology-driven industry. Demonstrated experience bringing digital products, features, or services successfully to market. Proven ability to drive or influence adoption, engagement, retention, expansion, or other measurable outcomes for consumer-facing products. Strong market research, analytical, strategic planning, and business acumen skills. Ability to translate complex customer and market insights into clear, actionable strategies and recommendations. Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities. Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong project management skills, including the ability to balance competing priorities, manage timelines, and deliver results in complex environments. A customer-first mindset with the ability to connect consumer needs, market dynamics, and business objectives. Strategic thinker who can create clarity from ambiguity and develop compelling direction in evolving environments. Strong sense of ownership, initiative, accountability, and ability to independently move complex projects forward. Adaptable and collaborative approach, with the ability to build trust and align teams around shared goals. Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, consumer behaviours, healthcare trends, and new opportunities. An MBA or other advanced business qualification is an asset. Experience in digital health, patient engagement, consumer healthcare, or international product marketing is an advantage. Benefits Fully remote position for candidates based in Canada. Competitive compensation, with the source materials providing a U.S.-based reference range of $144,000–$180,000 USD ; actual compensation depends on location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
