About the Role Join Uber's pioneering Families Safety team and help shape the future of safe mobility for all family members-whether they're teens, caregivers, or older adults. As the Growth Bets Program Manager for Families Safety, you'll lead safety operations for Uber's Families portfolio, from Uber Teens to Older Adults. You'll work cross-functionally to design and implement safety frameworks, risk mitigation strategies, and scalable solutions that protect and empower families while enabling rapid business growth. What the Candidate Will Do Develop & Execute Safety Strategy : Define a comprehensive safety framework for the Families portfolio, ensuring seamless integration of best practices. Mitigate Risk Across Key Products : Assess safety risks for Uber Teens, Older Adults, and Caregiver products, implementing proactive mitigation measures. Embed Safety into Business Growth : Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to balance risk management with innovation and rapid expansion. Optimize & Scale Safety Programs : Monitor key performance indicators, refine mitigation strategies, and ensure consistency across global and regional safety initiatives. Drive Cross-Fun
