Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager based in United States. This role owns pipeline coverage and top-of-funnel demand generation from strategy through execution. You will build and operate a demand engine designed to reach buyers evaluating AI-native research and product technology. The position offers significant ownership, with the freedom to identify opportunities, test new channels, and determine the approaches that drive results. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and senior stakeholders in a highly collaborative environment. The role combines paid acquisition, events, email, content, social campaigns, and experimentation with rigorous performance measurement. You will continuously optimize campaigns using metrics such as CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. This is a remote-first opportunity suited to an experienced growth marketer who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and enjoys owning outcomes end to end.

Demand generation strategy: Own top-of-funnel demand generation and pipeline coverage end to end, developing the strategy and tactics needed to build a scalable pipeline engine. Channel experimentation: Identify, test, and evaluate new marketing channels and tactics to diversify pipeline sources and uncover opportunities for growth. Campaign execution: Plan and run events, email marketing initiatives, social campaigns, and other demand-generation programs designed to generate qualified pipeline. Sales partnership: Work closely with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline targets, incorporate feedback from the field, and ensure marketing activity supports revenue objectives. Product marketing collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing on product-focused campaigns and joint strategies, translating positioning and messaging into pipeline-generating activity. Performance optimization: Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance using CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and other relevant growth metrics. Cross-functional collaboration: Work across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering while adapting priorities and approaches as the business evolves. AI-native experimentation: Explore AI tools and emerging approaches to improve marketing workflows, campaign execution, experimentation, and overall team efficiency. Requirements Experience: 6+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, with a demonstrated history of owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable results. Channel expertise: Hands-on experience across paid marketing, events, and content, with the ability to build and manage campaigns across multiple acquisition channels. SaaS and technology background: Experience in technology or SaaS environments, ideally within startup or mid-market settings where resources may be limited and priorities can evolve quickly. Commercial orientation: Strong understanding of pipeline generation, conversion optimization, customer acquisition costs, and the relationship between marketing activity and revenue outcomes. Ownership mindset: Comfortable independently identifying problems, developing approaches, testing ideas, and taking responsibility for outcomes rather than waiting for detailed direction. Analytical approach: Ability to use performance data and experimentation to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Adaptability: Comfortable operating in an environment with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and broad responsibilities. Communication and collaboration: Strong ability to partner with Sales and cross-functional teams and translate marketing strategy into coordinated execution. Preferred experience: Experience managing paid campaigns through Google and LinkedIn, hosting webinars, working in user research or adjacent research/product tooling, or operating in a Series A/B startup environment is a plus. AI curiosity: Interest in how AI is changing marketing workflows and a willingness to experiment with AI-enabled ways of working. Benefits Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD per year for U.S.-based hires, with individual compensation determined by factors such as skills, experience, and location. Equity: Eligibility for variable compensation such as equity under applicable plans. Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision coverage for U.S.-based full-time employees. Parental leave: 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for every parent. Time off: Unlimited PTO. Remote work: Remote-first work model across the United States, with hubs in New York City and Boston. Home office support: Home office and coworking support. Wellness: Mental health and wellness support. Retirement: 401(k). Team connection: Opportunities for in-person collaboration and time with coworkers throughout the year. Work environment: Async-first collaboration, with written communication prioritized and in-person gatherings used for planning, building, and team connection.
