Responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining health, safety, and environmental systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, project requirements, and company HSE standards across building and villa development projects.
- Develop and implement groupwide HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
- Oversee HSE performance across multiple projects and sites.
- Provide strategic HSE leadership and guidance to project HSE teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi Municipality requirements, and client standards.
- Lead incident investigations, audits, and management reviews.
- Monitor HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and clients on HSE matters.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or HSErelated discipline.
- 20–25 years of relevant experience in senior HSE leadership roles.
- Strong experience in buildings and villa compounds.
