Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager, Commercial Systems based in the United States. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for evolving the commercial systems that power a modern go-to-market organization. You will own a connected ecosystem spanning CRM, marketing automation, conversation intelligence, data enrichment, and deal execution platforms. The role treats commercial technology as a product, with a focus on making systems smarter, more scalable, automated, and efficient over time. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Client Success leaders to turn business priorities into effective system solutions. A major focus will be applying AI to redesign workflows, automate repetitive work, and improve how commercial teams operate. You will also oversee data integrity, integrations, reporting, governance, and the systems supporting the full customer lifecycle from first engagement through renewal. This opportunity is ideal for a systems leader with a strong product mindset who enjoys solving complex business problems in a fast-moving environment.
As the Sr. Manager, Commercial Systems, you will own the commercial technology roadmap and ensure the systems, data, and workflows supporting the go-to-market organization operate as a connected and scalable ecosystem. Serve as the platform owner for Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Accord, and related commercial technologies. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Client Success leadership to prioritize the commercial systems roadmap. Translate business requirements and go-to-market priorities into scalable technical specifications and developer or implementation handoffs. Design and maintain integrations across commercial platforms, including object models, data flows, triggers, and automations. Convert changes in sales motions, territories, segmentation, and reporting requirements into clean and scalable system configurations. Lead the adoption of AI tools such as Claude and similar technologies to create workflows, automations, and internal tools that reduce manual administrative work. Conduct data integrity and governance reviews covering field standards, deduplication, permissions, and audit readiness. Coordinate dashboards and reporting that provide leadership with visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and commercial performance. Evaluate and pilot emerging RevTech and AI capabilities, including developing business cases and implementation plans. Own the systems supporting the deal lifecycle, including pipeline stages, forecasting categories, quoting and CPQ-adjacent workflows, and mutual action plan tooling. Requirements The role requires a combination of strong Salesforce expertise, commercial systems experience, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. 5+ years of experience administering or managing Salesforce in a commercial or Revenue Operations environment. Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not required. Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Gong, with experience using Clay, Accord, or comparable platforms strongly preferred. Demonstrated experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to build workflows, automate tasks, or transform systems and team processes. Strong SQL, SOQL, or equivalent query skills, with the ability to work confidently with complex data models. Experience developing technical specifications and collaborating with developers or implementation partners to deliver system changes. Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management, or complex B2B sales environments is a plus. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Strong product mindset, with the ability to own a roadmap, prioritize competing demands, gather feedback, and continuously improve solutions. Genuine curiosity about using AI to eliminate repetitive work and improve commercial operations. Reliable and regular attendance, with the ability to perform the essential responsibilities of the role satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Benefits Remote work within the United States. Minimal travel, with occasional on-site collaboration or team events. Opportunity to take ownership of a strategic commercial systems roadmap. Exposure to AI-driven workflow automation and emerging Revenue Technology capabilities. A collaborative, cross-functional environment focused on continuous improvement and innovation. Professional growth and development opportunities. A workplace culture emphasizing trust, accountability, collaboration, and work-life balance. Benefits and additional employment offerings may vary based on location and applicable company policies.
