Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager or Director, Growth Marketing based in the United States. This is a high-impact growth marketing role responsible for building and scaling a full-funnel acquisition strategy for a rapidly growing telehealth and wellness business. You’ll be the first dedicated growth hire on the team, with significant ownership over how customers are acquired, converted, and retained. The role combines hands-on paid media execution, conversion rate optimization, experimentation, analytics, and strategic planning. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to connect channel performance with revenue outcomes and broader organizational goals. The position offers substantial autonomy and the opportunity to establish growth systems, reporting frameworks, and experimentation practices from the ground up. Success will require comfort with ambiguity, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to turn performance data into clear decisions and measurable action. Depending on experience and demonstrated impact, the position may be leveled as either Sr. Manager or Director , with both levels owning the same core growth mandate at different scopes of autonomy and prior experience.

Serve as the primary growth marketing owner, establishing the foundation for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across a growing telehealth and wellness offering. Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across major paid search and paid social channels, including campaign architecture, optimization, budget allocation, and performance management. Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies that directly support revenue objectives and broader business priorities. Lead conversion rate optimization across the customer journey, from initial advertising engagement through landing pages, funnel progression, and purchase. Build and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks across paid channels, translating performance data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Own the website experimentation roadmap, including developing hypotheses, designing tests, analyzing results, and scaling successful initiatives. Monitor conversion rates, acquisition efficiency, attribution, customer economics, and other key performance indicators to inform channel and budget decisions. Partner closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align growth initiatives with evolving customer needs, product priorities, and organizational goals. Establish scalable growth processes and operating rhythms that enable the business to make faster, more informed acquisition and optimization decisions. For Director-level scope, independently shape the growth function and strategy, influence senior leadership on budget and strategic decisions, and provide direction or mentorship to other growth professionals as the function develops. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, growth marketing, or a closely related field; Director-level candidates should typically bring 7+ years of relevant experience. Deep hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social, with demonstrated ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and meaningful media budgets. Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including LTV efficiency, attribution, conversion metrics, channel economics, and budget optimization. Proven experience with conversion rate optimization, landing page performance, funnel optimization, and structured experimentation. Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and performance reporting tools to transform data into clear business decisions. Excellent ability to interpret complex performance information and communicate the key implications and recommended actions to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, including evolving business objectives, new product launches, and shifting performance indicators. Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and business stakeholders. For Sr. Manager-level scope, experience owning mid-sized paid media budgets and executing growth strategies with some guidance in highly ambiguous or early-stage situations. For Director-level scope, experience owning larger multi-channel budgets, independently building growth strategies or functions from the ground up, and influencing senior stakeholders on strategic and budget decisions. Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and take full ownership of measurable growth outcomes. Benefits: Sr. Manager base salary: $115,000–$135,000 annually. Director base salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually. Sr. Manager discretionary annual bonus eligibility: up to 15%. Director discretionary annual bonus eligibility: up to 20%. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) plan with company match. Dependent care, FSA, and HSA account options. Paid parental and bonding leave. Flexible paid time off and office closures on major holidays. Monthly wellness and internet reimbursements. Professional development opportunities, including certification support and leadership coaching. Mental health resources. 100% remote work within the United States. Flexible remote working environment with the requirement to work Eastern Time (EST) hours . Opportunity to build a growth function from an early stage with substantial ownership, autonomy, and direct visibility into revenue impact.
