This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Manager, Quality Engineering based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to lead a Quality Engineering function focused on building reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. You will manage a team responsible for quality standards, shared frameworks, and testing practices across complex distributed systems. The position combines people leadership with hands-on technical oversight across APIs, microservices, integrations, and end-to-end testing. You will influence product and technical decisions through design reviews, risk assessment, and evaluation of emerging technologies. The role also emphasizes resilience, performance, and production quality, using real-world signals to prevent recurring failures.
