  • Proven track record of managing organizational change by influencing senior stakeholders and decision-makers through collaboration, data-driven recommendations, and strategic advocacy.
  • Champion a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Support scale up efforts, focusing on team alignment and cultural cohesion.
  • Drive annual HR processes including goal setting, performance management, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
  • Provide coaching and consultation to managers and senior leaders on people-related matters.

  • 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Minimum 3 years supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, startup-like environments, ideally within biotech or healthcare.
  • Proven success in driving employee engagement and fostering inclusive, high-performing cultures.

The compensation range for this role is $108,800 to $136,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career growth and development as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
