Sr. Producer, Brand Experience (Hybrid Role Based In Chicago or Denver)

PRODUCER, BRAND EXPERIENCE This is a hybrid position, meaning you're empowered to work from home and our local office location.  At this time we are currently only interviewing candidates based in the Chicago and Denver markets.   Motive’s Brand Experience business is growing — and we’re looking for a Senior Producer who knows how to turn ambitious creative ideas into incredible real-world experiences. This is a role for a seasoned, hands-on producer who can take a project from “what if we…” to doors open — owning the budgets, timelines, vendors, fabrication, logistics and million little details that bring an experience to life. You’ll work alongside our creative, strategy and account teams to produce everything from immersive brand experiences and cultural activations to live events, fan experiences, sampling tours and large-scale builds. We need someone who can see around corners, solve problems before they become problems, confidently lead partners and vendors, and stay remarkably calm when the inevitable curveball gets thrown onsite. You might be our person if you: Have 7+ years of experiential / live event production experience Have independently produced complex, high-visibility brand experiences from concept through execution Know your way around production budgets, scopes, timelines, fabrication, permitting, vendors and onsite operations Can translate a big creative vision into a smart, executable production plan Are comfortable being client-facing and collaborating across creative, strategy and account teams Know when to push for the idea — and when production realities require a smarter solution Are equal parts detail-obsessed operator, creative problem solver and get-it-done human Don’t panic when Plan A becomes Plan D somewhere between load-in and doors open   There is a LOT happening inside Motive’s Brand Experience studio right now, and even more ahead. The starting salary for this position is between $80k and $95k annually, based on experience and location.
