Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Product Manager based in United States. This is an opportunity to lead product initiatives within a rapidly growing cybersecurity organization and help shape an emerging category focused on digital protection. You will work on products designed to protect executives, families, and organizations from cyber threats, privacy exposure, and identity-related risks. The role offers significant ownership in a fast-moving environment where product decisions can directly influence customer protection and business growth. You will collaborate across technical and business teams to translate customer needs into meaningful product outcomes. The position is well suited to an experienced product leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership from strategy through execution. You will join a fully remote team with an emphasis on innovation, customer impact, and continuous product development. The role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on execution and the opportunity to contribute to a distinctive cybersecurity product category.
Lead product strategy and execution for key product initiatives, translating business objectives and customer needs into clear product priorities. Identify customer problems, market opportunities, and product improvements that can strengthen user protection and business outcomes. Define product requirements, roadmaps, priorities, and success measures while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business objectives. Partner closely with engineering, design, cybersecurity, sales, customer-facing teams, and leadership to move initiatives from discovery through delivery. Own product initiatives end-to-end, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and execution remains aligned with the product vision. Gather and synthesize customer and market feedback to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience. Use data, customer insights, and qualitative feedback to evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization. Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environment, adapting priorities as customer needs, technology, and market conditions change. Contribute to the continued development of products designed to address cybersecurity, privacy, digital identity, and personal protection challenges. Requirements Demonstrated experience in product management, with experience owning products or significant product initiatives from strategy through execution. Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap development, requirements definition, and delivery. Ability to translate complex customer and business problems into clear, actionable product strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to guide decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. Proven ability to work effectively with engineering and other technical stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer and business focus. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities and incomplete information. Strong ownership mentality, sound judgment, and ability to make decisions while balancing competing priorities. Experience working on cybersecurity, privacy, identity, enterprise technology, or related products is valuable. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams. Benefits Annual salary range of $120,000–$140,000 , with final compensation based on factors including geographic location, experience, and expertise. 100% remote work within the United States. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including an option with 100% employer-paid employee premiums and 50% employer-paid dependent premiums. Health Savings Account with a company contribution for eligible medical plans. Flexible vacation plan. 10 paid company holidays. 100% employer-paid life, AD&D, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance. 401(k) plan with Traditional and Roth options, including employer matching. Company equity. Paid parental and pregnancy recovery leave. Home office stipend. Company and team off-sites and virtual events throughout the year. Opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing cybersecurity product category and work on products addressing meaningful digital protection challenges.
