This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Production Underwriter - Middle Market based in United States. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth across a middle market commercial insurance portfolio. You will evaluate complex risks, develop sound underwriting strategies, and manage new and renewal business. The position combines technical underwriting expertise with active production, agency relationship management, and market development. You will build strong partnerships with agencies and insureds while identifying opportunities to grow a profitable book of business. As a senior resource, you will also mentor team members, resolve escalated issues, and contribute expertise to broader initiatives. The role offers a fully remote environment for candidates located in Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams while representing the field underwriting perspective across the organization.
