We’re unapologetically ambitious! We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to join Translation. This is a hybrid role based out of our Brooklyn office (4 days in office). What You'll Do As a Senior Program Manager, you’ll own internal program coordination across assigned work and be a key driver of both operational excellence and program delivery. You will lead integrated campaigns and ensure we deliver groundbreaking work that meets our clients’ objectives and propels agency growth. You’ll blend strategic thinking with sharp project management and a strong sense of ownership, overseeing teams and guiding work from scope through execution while managing the health (budget, scope, team design) of your projects. The Sr. Program Manager reports to the Program Director (or Group Program Director) and will manage Associates and/or Managers. The Sr. PM partners with the Business Supervisor or Business Director to run most Tier 1 or 2 projects. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day program coordination and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring internal teams are aligned and work meets client expectations. Drive the end-to-end process for integrated campaigns (film, experiential, digital/social, OOH), ensuring seamless delivery on time and on budget by developing and tracking tactical plans to develop each with a keen understanding of client parameters and objectives. Work with junior team members to create and manage all tactical schedules Partner with Business Leadership counterpart to develop all scope proposals for assigned projects, developing a compelling proposal as well as profitable approach for the agency Provide strong financial management of assigned accounts including managing all budget allocations, reviewing burn, proactively creating scope change orders (internal and external), proactively suggesting areas for optimization and macro view of out-of-pocket budget tracking Lead all reporting and reconciliation processes in partnership with finance team Help digest all client feedback and lead the team on how we address and action the feedback. Understand and mentor teams on where/when to escalate creative feedback or work reviews to senior leadership Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor who understands how to get things done effectively and efficiently leveraging our teams and resources to create innovative and breakthrough creative solutions that solve clients business objectives Manage and mentor junior program managers, strategically deploying them across projects and fostering their professional growth. Collaborate with department leads (account, production, creative, strategy) to assemble the right teams for each initiative, confirm the right allocations and manage overall workforce planning with Resource Management lead Work closely with production to ensure timelines accommodate production requirements and projects continue to move seamlessly in execution Support the Business Lead and Production teams during executional and production phases of creative work to ensure absolute clarity client & media requirements, provide tactical support during production and oversee the successful delivery/traffic assets when required Partner with Creative, Production, and Business teams to turn campaign ideas into actionable plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track without compromising creative ambition. Manage and monitor production and creative workflows, proactively identifying risks and driving solutions to keep projects moving smoothly. Foster clear, integrated ways of working by aligning teams on roles, processes, and communication throughout the creative and production lifecycle. Proactively identify potential issues or opportunities, keeping teams and clients informed and driving swift, effective solutions. Oversee the creation of presentation materials that uphold agency standards and resonate with clients’ business objectives. Participate in new business efforts, contributing to proposals, pitches, and strategic planning to showcase our operational strengths and capabilities Champion a positive, collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives, accountability, and a shared passion for producing culturally powerful work. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and “off-script” navigation skills, with the confidence to lead and adapt in dynamic situations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present complex ideas clearly, accurately, and persuasively. Deeply proactive, hands-on mentality—takes pride in their work, holds themselves accountable, and drives momentum across teams. Diplomatic yet persistent; able to guide teams through peak moments with empathy, clarity, and a focus on solutions. Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities, balancing multiple workstreams with quality and care. Passionate about people and culture, with a results-driven approach balanced by genuine curiosity and sensitivity to team dynamics. Minimum Qualifications 5–7 years of experience managing large-scale brands or programs within a creative agency or related communications environment. Proven ability to build strong client partnerships that drive long-term growth and mutual success. Demonstrated expertise managing multi-disciplinary teams across creative, production, and strategy disciplines. Solid understanding of financial principles as they relate to agency scopes, budgets, and P&L impact. Experience leading strategic and day-to-day client communications, as well as mentoring junior team members. Familiarity with the lifecycle of integrated campaigns, including digital, social, print, and broadcast production. Comfortable with Google Suite (Sheets and Slides); experience with Monday.com or SmartSheets is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in telco or retail categories, or in performance marketing environments. Background in managing cross-functional agency partners and leading collaborative workstreams. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred. About UnitedMasters, Inc. Salary Hiring Range: $95,000 - $115,000 Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide (e.g. bonus, stock options, 401(k) match, etc.) Individual pay rate decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, however we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
