Maintain accurate project information, backlog estimates, anticipated close dates, status updates, material flow records, and other project data within company systems. Collaborate with engineering teams during design and drafting phases and ensure project execution remains aligned with approved requirements. Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, monitor satisfaction, resolve concerns and collection issues, and proactively manage expectations. Coordinate welcome calls, site-readiness activities, job scheduling, and other customer-facing milestones directly or through project coordination support. Monitor vendor and field labor performance, including quality, timeliness, and adherence to project requirements. Ensure compliance with safety policies, installation standards, professional licensing requirements, and applicable industry regulations. Lead, mentor, and develop project team members while supporting training, staffing recommendations, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare and deliver project reports for senior management, including revenue forecasts, staffing information, project status, and performance updates. Maintain accurate departmental documentation, including invoices, credits, timecards, expense reports, PTO/UTO schedules, customer invoicing requests, and schedules of values. Travel extensively to support project execution, with travel expected to be approximately 80% of the time. Requirements: 5–10 years of experience leading projects as a Project Manager, with strong knowledge of project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. CAPM or PMP certification, or active pursuit of one of these certifications. Strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service capabilities, and professional interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly when managing project risks, schedule challenges, scope changes, and operational issues. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information and follow established policies, procedures, and management direction. Ability to accurately complete timekeeping, project reporting, administrative documentation, and other required records. Willingness and ability to work outside normal business hours when project needs require it. Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining appropriate workplace and customer-facing standards. Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time. Benefits: Bonus-eligible position. Comprehensive benefits package.
