Position: Sr. Regional Partner Marketing Specialist – Americas Resellers Location: Remote (US Eastern or Central time zone)
Extreme Networks is seeking a Regional Partner Marketing Manager to support the execution of the AMER Pod-aligned go-to-market strategy through US regional partners. This role will work in tight collaboration with 12 Regional PAMs and the wider Channel, Distribution, Field Marketing, Partner Experience, BDR, Marketing Operations and Demand Generation teams to activate partner-led growth at scale. The role is focused on disciplined execution, scalable partner programs, MDF effectiveness and measurable partner activation. Unlike a Strategic Partner Marketing Manager role built around a smaller set of nationally strategic reseller relationships and joint business plans, this position is designed to operationalise regional partner marketing across a broader partner base, helping PAMs and partners apply consistent demand generation, enablement, advocacy and reporting practices. AMER Regional Partners represent significant revenue contribution and substantial MDF spend. The successful candidate will help ensure that investment is aligned to regional Pod priorities, partner readiness, measurable outcomes and clear ROI expectations.
Key responsibilities: Execute AMER Pod-aligned go-to-market strategy: Support the execution of regional partner marketing plans across the US regional partner ecosystem, aligning activity to AMER Channel strategy, POD priorities, state or territory focus areas, and partner growth opportunities. Work closely with 12 Regional PAMs and leadership to translate the priorities of top partners into practical marketing plans, campaigns and activation motions.
