This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) based in India. This role is an opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within an IT Service Management environment. You will design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy enhancements that support critical service management processes. The position covers core areas including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB. You will work closely with process owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. The role also offers opportunities to mentor peers, conduct technical reviews, and share ServiceNow expertise across the team. Success requires strong technical depth, a proactive approach to continuous learning, and excellent communication skills. This is a remote position aligned with an evening shift in India, offering exposure to a collaborative global technology environment.
