Full job description
Provides advanced technical support for QAD and Progress products, diagnoses complex application and database issues, supports installations and upgrades, performs Progress DBA work, documents reusable solutions, collaborates with R&D/Product and participates in 24/7 support rotations.
Requirements & qualifications
3–4 years supporting enterprise products; strong Unix, Windows, network and Linux troubleshooting; C/C++/Unix scripting/Progress knowledge; Progress DBA, backup/restore and performance skills; basic SQL; QAD or other ERP installation/configuration experience; flexibility for shift, weekend and possible on-call rotations.
