This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Technical Sourcer based in United States. This role owns the strategy and execution of technical sourcing for critical, niche, and senior-level engineering positions. You will build strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers to shape effective hiring strategies. The position combines advanced research, talent mapping, direct outreach, relationship building, and market intelligence. You will have significant autonomy to develop best-in-class sourcing practices and improve how technical talent is identified and engaged. The role also provides an opportunity to expand sourcing support across broader Engineering, Product, and Design functions when needed. Success requires a proactive, entrepreneurial sourcer who can operate independently, adapt quickly, and use AI thoughtfully to increase sourcing impact and efficiency.
