This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager | BASE based in Brazil. This is a remote opportunity to lead strategic product initiatives within a core platform environment that supports business growth and future expansion. You will shape products and capabilities across Referral Program and Client Management, helping create scalable experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and sustainable marketplace performance. The role combines product strategy, roadmap ownership, data analysis, customer needs, and cross-functional execution. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, business stakeholders, and other product teams to deliver high-quality solutions with measurable impact. Success will require balancing long-term strategic priorities with pragmatic execution and continuous product improvement. You will have significant ownership in defining product direction, prioritizing high-impact opportunities, and measuring outcomes through meaningful KPIs.
