This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Technical based in Canada. This is a senior product leadership role focused on shaping vision and strategy for complex, high-stakes digital products. You’ll serve as the principal product voice across strategic engagements, guiding product direction from discovery through delivery. The role combines product strategy, client advisory, executive influence, delivery leadership, and team mentorship. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to frame difficult problems, align priorities, and make confident product decisions in ambiguous environments. You’ll also help establish stronger product practices, operating models, success frameworks, and delivery standards across engagements. An AI-forward mindset is important, with opportunities to use tools such as Claude to accelerate research, synthesis, and product thinking.
