This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff / Tech Lead Software Engineer - OpenCTI based in the United States (East Coast, fully remote). This is a high-impact technical leadership role focused on strengthening collaboration around an open-source cybersecurity platform. You will serve as the technical anchor for a key external engineering partner contributing directly to the core project. The role combines hands-on software engineering with architecture, technical refinement, code quality, and mentorship. You will influence engineering practices across organizational boundaries, without relying on formal authority. You will also help align partner contributions with internal architecture, product priorities, and long-term technical standards. Working in a fully remote, async-first environment, you will collaborate with engineers and technical leaders across multiple time zones. The position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape both the product and the way teams build it.
