A 12-month graduate development programme for young Angolan talent combining structured banking rotations, continuous learning, mentoring, future-skills development and a real business challenge.

Complete training program details

Participants rotate through core banking and support areas including Corporate & Investment Banking, Business & Commercial Banking, Personal & Private Banking, IT, Risk and Compliance. The programme includes an induction bootcamp, continuous training, coaching and mentoring, leadership exposure, future-skills development in areas such as AI, digital literacy, ESG, data and change, and a business challenge presented to the Executive Committee. Months 7–12 move participants into a target area based on performance and fit.

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must be Angolan nationals aged 18–27 with functional English at B1 level or above. A bachelor's or master's degree must have been completed within the previous two years with a final average of at least 14/20; candidates still studying must complete the curricular component before the programme starts. Preferred fields include economics, management, finance, accounting, engineering, IT, mathematics/statistics, law and exact sciences. Angolan diaspora candidates are also considered if available to return to Angola.
